Kailah started her beauty journey in February 2021 and graduated from Paul Mitchell with honors in Austin Texas, in November of 2021. She started her apprenticeship soon after at Golden Soul Salon where she began mentoring with owner and stylist, Nicole Casadei. After 6 months of learning and improving her skills, Kailah is currently in the process of transitioning into being a full time stylist. Her goal is to specialize in Vivid Colors, Transformations, Balayage, and Extensions.

Kailah has a passion for helping others, music, photography, and the arts. She is a strong advocate for self love and mental health. She has always had an interest in the beauty industry, and decided to take the leap and started her career post-pandemic.

In her free time, Kailah runs a photography business, Isla Monet Creative Co, where she specializes in creative concepts, boudoir, portraits, and lifestyle photography. Kailah likes to spend her time with her family, friends, and dogs, Jade and Mayday. She enjoys roller skating, singing, traveling, trying new foods and breweries, and always finds any opportunity to do something creative.
