How far in advance should I book a reservation and do you take walk-ins?

We currently take reservations by appointment only, please call the salon to inquire about same-day availability. We are happy and able to accommodate reservations within 48 hours.

Where do I park?

Our parking garage located on Toomey Rd. has a monitoring system in place. Be sure to use the QR codes posted in the garage to register your vehicle for parking. We have a separate QR code inside the salon that will validate your parking to make the first 4.5 hours free. Walk around the building to South Lamar, and we are located right next to Sweat440.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a 48 hour notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% charge of the scheduled services. Golden Soul reserves the right to charge up to the full service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

What are the salon hours?

MONDAY: CLOSED
TUESDAY - THURSDAY: 12am - 8pm
FRIDAY: 10am - 6pm
SATURDAY: 9am - 4pm
SUNDAY: CLOSED

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! You can schedule a consultation with us online via the booking link. We also have a virtual consultation form you can submit to us at the bottom of our Services page.

What should I do if I am running late?

Please give us a call, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled reservation is subject to reschedule.

Do you take apple pay?/ what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ApplePay.
